This course was created as part of a series of promotional offers for Pilar Cookware to increase bake item sales. By the end of the course the learner will be able to:

• Identify the kitchen items needed to make a traditional Mexican flan

• List the ingredients needed to make a traditional Mexican flan

• Reproduce a traditional Mexican flan based on the instructions and recipe provided

This course was designed to train staff at Voges Memorial Hospital to understand the importance of protecting patient confidentiality. By the end of the module, participants are able to:

• Define HIPAA

• Describe the importance of HIPAA

• Identify the proper way to validate HIPAA

• Recognize a patient has the right to their own protected health information
